Absolutely! We welcome participants of all fitness levels, including beginners. Our instructors are experienced in providing modifications and guidance to make everyone feel comfortable.

Wear comfortable workout attire and appropriate footwear for the specific class you're attending. For dance classes, you might want to wear dance sneakers or supportive athletic shoes. Kindly wear indoor or new shoes, outdoor shoes are not permitted. 

We provide mats and props for our yoga classes. However, you're welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.
